Hi, am I qualify for the 144-Hour Visa-Free Transit in Beijing before flying to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia? Thank you for your help.

You qualify for 24 hours visa-free transit. The granting of a temporary entry permit to leave the airport is not guaranteed without a visa.
