Yes, if the stopover is within 24 hours, then you can enjoy the 24 hours visa free policy.

Hi Angela,

are you really sure?

The 24h visa free policy is for continuing to international flight, like Asia or as well Hong Kong.
But Shenzhen is a chinese airport. This means it is an inland flight.

Hi, Fabian, Angela is only half right. The truth is you are eligible for 24 hour visa free transit because according to the rule, it allows foreigners to have multiple stops in China as long as they leave the country within 24 hours. But you can't enjoy 5-Day visa on arrival in Shenzhen next since you fly from Beijing.
