About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Going out from Peking for Türkish Citizen

I am flying from Frankfurt to Peking and then Peking to Hanoi ( Vietnam) within 72 hours
Can I get the visa on arrival, I have Turkish Passport and a permanent residence in germany

There is no visa on arrival. You are limited to 24 hours transit without visa.
