Macao Visa

I have to attend a conference in Macao and Im told that it will take 3 weeks, I am a frequent traveller having a valid US visa - Can't this processing time be reduced to say 1-3 days ?

That is up to your local Chinese embassy or consulate. Applications that don't need to be referred to Macau Police are processed in 5 business days.
