About:Visa on Arrival

Thai passport can we apply VOA at Luohu port

we would like to visit shenzhen on end of Feb. i find information for Thai passport can get VOA at Luohu port?

Unfortunately, Thai citizens are not eligible for a Shenzhen VOA at the time being. You are advised to obtain a Chinese tourist (L) visa in advance or to change your travel plans.
