Transit visa in Kunming

If I fly from Kuala Lumpur to Kunming with Air Asia and then on same to Helsinki via Shanghai with Juneyao Airlines can I get 24h tranfer visa in Kunming and Shanghai as well?

Yes. You are eligible for the 24-hour visa free transit as long as you leave China within 24 hours.
