About:Baggage Allowance and Transportation

I am taking the High Speed train from Kunming to Dali can I bring my small scissors and nail clipper

also is it necessary that all my cleanser, toner , face cream , hair shampoo & conditioner and hair oil must be only 100 ml ?

Sorry you cannot bring scissors. And yes, all of these should be no more than 100ml for each.
