About:Chinese Paper-cut Museum

I have Philippine passport and will be cruising to Japan from Shanghai port.

Hi I will coming from Singapore to Shanghai since the cruise port starts in Shanghai to Japan. I will be arriving on the 13Feb morning then cruise will depart at 4:30pm 13Feb. Will I be able to go out the airport to the cruise port and can I be eligible for the 24hr visa free or do I need to apply for a visa?

Joana, as the scheduled arrival and departure are within 24 hours, you can enjoy the 24h visa-free transit. Therefore, you don't need a visa. Upon arrival at the airport, you need to apply for a temporary stay permit in order to leave for the cruise port.
