Visa on arrival for Vietnamese Nationals

Dear all, trust is all well.
I am considering to travel to Sanya in February. I am Swiss national therefore no issues with the visa, however my partner is Vietnamese... would you be able to share with me the visa requirement? Possible on arrival at the airport for staying there for 4 nights? Appreciate your assistance. Cheers from Saigon.
