I am currently on a Z visa and I work as an English teacher. My school want to hire my girlfriend as a sales and marketing consultant (private school). My school are more than willing to help and provide the correct paper work, however, they are unfamiliar with the process of hiring non teachers. What documents are needed to obtain a work visa for this type of work?

First, the school needs to get a work permit for your girlfriend. Then she needs to apply for a work visa with passport, application form attached with recently-taken photo, and the foresaid work permit.
