About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

PEK transit, Transfer T2 to T3 without visa

I'm flying from LAX-PVG-PEK and will be in mainland China less than 24 hrs. Will I be able to get from T2 to T3 at PEK to catch a flight to HKG while on the 24-hr TWOV? I've been reading conflicting information on blogs regarding airside transfers from T2 to T3, and vice versa for the return flight.

According to the rule, 24-hour visa-free transit allows passengers to have multiple stops in China as long as they leave the country within 24 hours, so you are eligible for it.

Yes, I know that. My question was concerning airside transfer from T2 to T3 since the multiple-stop 24H TWOV does not allow for exit landside.
