About:China Visa

USA passport, flying from Korea to NYC with two stopover

I have two stopover in Qingdao (TAO) and Shanghai (PVG)

My flight will be on Apr 19, 2020 from seoul to TAO with 13h 50 m layover in Qingdao.  Then from TAO to PVG  with duration of the flight of 1 hr 40 min. Then 11 h 30 m layover in Shanghai.

Am I eligible for the 24 hour free transit visa?

That's obviously over 24 hours in Mainland China so you will need either a visa or new flight itineraries.
