About:Chinese Permanent Residence Permit

Q1 -> Work Visa

I got married 4 years ago and had a Q1 团聚 visa for 4 years. Now I have a Z visa, and my position at work is not a management one. In one year, can I apply for permanent residency based on marriage?

Andrew, if you marriage lasts for more than 5 years and you live in China for more than 5 continuous years, with more than 9 months of staying in China each year, and you have a fixed residence in China, then you can apply for permanent residency based on marriage.
