About:Shanghai Travel

We fly to Hong Kong do a cruise and disembark at Shanghai

We will leave 60 hrs later but stay in Shanghai do we need formal visum?

Where will you go after leaving Shanghai? If it is a third different country, or you travel around Jiangsu and Zhejiang, then you are eligible for 144 hour visa free transit.
