About:Visa on Arrival

I am an Indonesian passport holder, can I get VOA at Shenzhen Airport?

Or can I transit at Shenzhen for 2 days before going to Hong Kong?

Unfortunately, you cannot. Indonesian citizens are not eligible for a Shenzhen VOA at the time being. Also, it is not possible to obtain a Shenzhen VOA at the airport, regardless of the mentioning of Shenzhen airport as a place where you can obtain a visa on this website. This website needs an upgrade ASAP.
