About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I get two separate 144-hour TWOV in different zones for onwards and return transits?

I am planning to transit Stockholm-Shanghai-Taipei with 3 days in Shanghai on TWOV, then I'll be in Taipei for 3 days, then I want to return Taipei-Beijing-Stockholm staying for 3 days in Beijing on a separate TWOV. Does it fit the rules? Is there any requirement on the minimum length of stay in Taiwan in this arrangement?

You can use the TWOV as often as you want, there's no limit.
There's no minimum length of stay in Taiwan.
You can land in Taiwan and take a return flight immediatley, that's no problem.
