Hi there,

If we are coming from Macau ferry port to Jiuzhou Port going to Zhuhai for 2 days only, can we take the VOA without China visa?

Yes, of course under the assumption that you are talking about Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal in Hong Kong and not Macau as a territory. However, I have to warn you that the citizens of the Philippines, although technically and formally eligible, experience quite a poor success record in obtaining a Zhuhai 3 day VOA. In other words, it would be probably more recommended to obtain a Chinese visa in advance or to postpone your planned travel. When we talk about a successful application, arrival by ferry to Jiuzhou could be really the best option because the officials rarely turn away applicants arriving by sea. In any case, if you proceed with your plan, I wish you a success.
