About:Shanghai 15-day Visa-free Policy for Cruise Tour Groups

Australian citizen cruising from shanghai

We are Australian and American citizens , will arrive Shanghai at 10 AM on 29th Feb 2020, I will board Holland American cruise ship, which will sail out of Shanghai at 6PM 30th Feb 2020 to0 Nagasali, Kagoshima, Naha, Ishigaki, Keeling, Kaoshiung, Manila and end at Hongkong on 14 March 2020
Do we need visa to enter shanghai?

You need a tourist (L) visa since you are not entering Shanghai on the cruise ship

Sorry I was thinking of a different cruise routing. 14-Day Taiwan & Japan departing 29 Feb is eligible as long as you are not entering Shanghai via Japan
