Do I need a transit passport if my destination is my country of origin not a third country?
I am returning home to California, the USA from Seoul, Korea through Shenyang, China. It is said that you can be visa-free in case you transfer to a flight going to a third country,which means the country besides the origin and destination. In my case I am going back home and the destination is my country which cannot be a third country. I try to reach entry and exit administration in Shenyang Airport but I cannot find the phone number. Although I call at the airport, they keep speaking the recorded Chinese that I don't understand. If anybody has got the information and knowledge about this issue, please let me know and help me.
