I am Bangladeshi citizen, i am studying in China with valid Chinese student residences permit do I need a visa to Macau?

You need a visa which can be either obtained outside Mainland China or by a sponsor in Macau. In the latter case you will get a stamped A4 paper called entry authorization instead of a visa stamped in your passport.
