About:Shanghai Travel

Do i need to book transit visa?

i am nepali i am travelling from Shanghai to Kathmandu,Nepal through Hongkong by Cathay airlines.
transit hours 8 hr 25 min for going to Nepal and 3 hr 15 min while coming back to Shanghai in hongkong airport.
