About:Visa on Arrival

GERMANY - HKG - Sekou (Shenzhen) - HKG - GERMANY

Hi, i would like to take a direct flight to HKG and change a cusion ferry to Sekou Shenzhen for business meeting. Can i apply transit visa 24 hours or 144 hours? Thanks. OR apply for a Shenzhen VOA?

Actually, your only option how you could travel to Shenzhen from Hong Kong is by applying and obtaining a Shenzhen VOA. You cannot be eligible for 24 or any other visa free transit option in Shenzhen if you depart from Hong Kong.

You are definitely allowed to travel to Shekou port where you will apply for a Shenzhen VOA, but you should be aware of the opening hours of a Shenzhen Shekou VOA office: 9:00 - 13:00 & 14:30 - 17:00. The price for a Shenzhen VOA for German citizens is 168 CNY.
