Ferry to Hong Kong Airport from Shekou for non-participating airlines

I’d like to take a ferry from Shenzhen Shekou to HKIA Skypier to take the afternoon Thai Airways flight (Staff Ticket) but Thai Airways is not the participating airlines and I’m not sure if I’m eligible to take the ferry but have to handle the luggage by myself or not eligible to take the ferry at all.

I search online that Thai Airways is on the participating list. So you can take the ferry, check in flight and luggage at the port.

Thank you! I have standby staff ticket so I guess I can't as it says you need to have a confirmed ticket to issue the boarding pass from there. Thanks anyway!
