Beijing and Shanghai, both don't have the 72h twov anymore, it was replaced by the 144h twov a long time ago.Seoul - Beijing - Tokyo is fine for the 144h twov.Tokyo - Shanghai - Tokyo not, as it's not a transit.Tokyo - Shanghai - Country C would be fine.
