can i visit hongkong for 15 days?

Filipinos can only visit HK for no more than 14 days without a visa.

That depends. Duration of stay starts from the next day of arrival, so if you enter Hong Kong on say December 1st then you must depart before 11:59 PM on December 15th.

what shall i do now when i already had my bookings via cebu pacific on april 21 and leaving hong on may 6 2019? shall i have to change date of departure?
