How to get a new Business Visa in Shanghai

Hi. Right now I have the Chinese M Visa with 2 Entries and 90 days duration each. Due to an unplanned Businesstrip I already used all of my enries and still need one. I think I need a completly new M Visa. Where can I apply for it in Shanghai.

If you want to apply for a single entry visa, you need to apply for it in another country, not in China. If you apply for a China visa while you are there, it has 0 entries.
