About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Munich - Shanghai - Hong Kong and then reverse five days later?

Hi,
I go from Munich, to Shanghai for a short layover before going to HK for 5 days
Then Hong Kong to Shanghai, stay in Shanghai four days and leave for Munich.

What would be your advice? Can I take two of these visas?

Thanks

If your nationality is one of the 53 qualifying ones, then you don't need any visas because you will be eligible for transit without visa.

Even though I stay 4 days in Shanghai on my way back from Hong Kong? Do I not need the 144-hour visa free transit?

Yes, you qualify for visa-free transit. So you don't need a visa. Different carriers are fine.
