transfer from san francisco flight to yantai flightreverse at beijing capital

I will land in PEK at 1430 from San Francisco and want a flight at 1900 to Yantai. How do I do this transfer? And how much time to I need for the return, from Yantai to a 1600 flight back to San Francisco?
