About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do I qualify for a 24h TWOV with a Turkish stamp in passport?

I went to Istanbul last year and hence have a Turkish stamp in my passport.
Will this cause me any trouble during my layover at Ghuangzou airport?

Route is AMS - Guangzhou - SYD, and on the way back MEL - Guangzhou - AMS.

No, it will not be a problem, but you can expect several questions about it. These questions are normal and predictable. You are supposed to answer that your visit to Turkey was purely for a tourism purposes, enjoying the sea, exploring the nature and architecture. OK, gastronomy and shopping are also fine. Anyway, you will definitely deny making friends there, deny that you have relatives or business interest or that you are interested about religion, politics, education and culture subjects in Turkey. Just stick to the details that I have mentioned as "allowed activities and motives" and deny everything else. If you do as I have instructed you, you will be perfectly done with the mentioned questions within 20 seconds.
