About:China Tourist Visa

cruising from Dubai to Japan on a 29 day cruise starts 21st of march to 19th of april 2020

My partner & I are going on an MSC far east cruise with various stops, one of these is in mainland china
arriving in Nansha at 07.00 & leaving at 16.00 on 10th of April will a visa be needed????

If Nansha is the only port you will stop in China, and you enter Nansha from a country and then leaves for a different country, you don't need a visa.

Thanks for that, unfortunately MSC have come back & told us we need a visa[and its their ship] as our next stop will be Hong Kong which U.K. passport,s are sufficient then to Taiwan before heading to Japan.
