5 hours layover in guangzhou china

I have 5 hrs layover from dubai to philippines do i have time to have a quick tour nearby?

The time is too tight and the airport is in a relatively remote place. Maybe you can travel around attractions near Zhujiang Xincheng. Take metro line 3 to Tiyu Xilu station, then interchange to metro line 3 (Fanyu square direction) to Zhujiang Xincheng station. It takes around 45 minutes. Remember to go back to the airport at least 2 hours in advance before the departure.
