About:China Visa on Arrival

Leaving Shenzhen by Beijing

Hi, i don't have a visa for China, i will apply a 5-day Shenzhen visa when i arrive SZ. Did i understand correctly that i can't have a transit flight to Beijing even if i'm not leaving Beijing airport?

Yes, you're right. If you want to travel out of Shenzhen when staying in Shenzhen on Shenzhen VOA, you can only take a direct flight out of China without any additional landing within mainland China of any kind. In other words, if you try to board the plane bound for Beijing, you will be denied boarding.
