About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

BRITISH CITIZEN for 24hr VISA FREE

Hi I am a British citizen travelling from Cebu to Birmingham UK stopping in Shanghai PVG for 2hrs & then onto Pairs for 2hrs will I be eligible for the 24hr visa free transit?
