This detail depends on your precise itinerary. You as a Philippine citizen are eligible for 24 hour visa free transit. This means that you can travel from the Philippines to China to board the ship visa free, but the entire transit process has to be done within 24 hours. This time is calculated from your scheduled landing in China by plane, until your scheduled departure by cruise. In other words, you will have to plan this Chinese portion very carefully to be eligible for 24 hour visa free transit. Of course, the port of call that will follow immediately after you leave China by cruise is not allowed to be in the same country from where you will arrive in China.
