Holding PH Passport transitting guangzhou transferring to sanya to delhi

Do I need a transit visa for Guangzhou transferring to sanya? I do have almost 5 hours layover in china

Bryan, if your total layover in China, including the layover in Guangzhou and Sanya, and the time from Guangzhou to Sanya, is not more than 24 hours, you don't need the visa.
