Travelling from HongKong as a tourist. Manila to HongKong then Shenzhen to Manila.

My family and I are going to HongKong as a tourist. Manila to HongKong then Shenzhen to Manila. Our exit will be in Shenzhen. Will it be hard for us to process transit visa on arrival? Should we process it here in Manila before departure? Or will the 24 hour visa free apply to us?

If you enter from Hong Kong to Guangzhou by air and then get to Shenzhen and leave for Manila within 24 hours, you don't need a visa. Otherwise, you need to get a transit visa before departure.
