About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Arrival Card

On the arrival card, they ask for previous names. If you were a previous Chinese citizen (prior to getting American passport), do you need to provide historic information and name change documentations on arrival too? Or is just US passport sufficient? The China visa requires all that historic info if you were born in China.

If you wanna use the 72 or 144h visa-free transit, you don't need to provide historic information and name change documents.
