Unfortunately, Malaysian citizens are not eligible for Zhuhai VOA at the time being. In reality, Chinese authorities usually grant them a Zhuhai or Shenzhen VOA if they were granted a Chinese visa previously by Chinese embassy or consulate. In any case, I suggest you to obtain a Chinese visa in advance.
