About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

the Holders of visa type S1 are allowed to study or not.

I have a visa type Z and my wife she will apply for a visa type S1. Can she study in china with a visa type S1?

No. If she wants to study in China, she should apply for X type visa.
