My work colleague is flying from 13th November 2019 Japan- Transit to Shanghai and staying in Shenzhen for 5 days.
Then flying back to Shenzhen- Shanghai- Paris on the 17th November 2019.
Can he get a visa from entering Shanghai and can fly to Shezhen?
