About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Penalty and 5 years

I have been penalized for 500rmb and 5 years, the company that sold me the ticket made a stopover in kuming and I asked them if I had problems to enter it and they said no, well if I had them. what should I do? Can I ask for reconsideration so that my fine can be taken away and I can travel back to China? Can I sue the airline company? can i travel to hong kong? I don't need a visa for Hong Kong (Portuguese passport)

Your post did not make the most crucial point: Did you overstay your entry permit for 144-hour transit? Or did the airline erroneously board you when you didn't qualify for 24 or 144-hour visa-free transit in the first place?

I didn’t overstay. I just bought ticket from Guangzhou to Thailand... but with one stop in kuming. I ask the airline about any inconvenience for be in kuming airport and they told me NO problem.
In kuming I was penalised with 500rmb and 5 years

So do you have a 24-hour entry permit or a 144-hour one?

If you have a 144-hour entry permit then you are not allowed to go to Kunming even for transit. If that's the case, however, Guangzhou immigration should have turned you back in the first place.

Yes, but if u depart from Guangzhou to Kuming, you don’t pass inmigration because is a domestic flight, the thing is, I didn’t know about it till now. But why airline sold me the ticket, even when I told them if I get troubles they say NO
Also i need to know please if can I go to Hong Kong with this penalty for 5 years and if can I demand the airline, there is a chance to be forgiven for this 5 years penalty?

Then that is only a ban from using visa-free transit and not from entering China. The fault, however, lies with Guangzhou immigration and your airline. They should have caught this at least at the border.

And another question is... can I travel to Hong Kong or Taiwan? With this penalty?
