About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Penalty for 10yrs tago Ng tago.

She work for ten years without visa.
Until police took her to detain.
How long she will detain? and is she will pay for the penalty?
What we should do to know her situation?

I think you need to contact the local court. And it's very likely she needs to pay the penalty.
