Overstay penalty
Hi guys need help.
I overstayed my Chinese visa for more than a year. I surrendered at the local psb, they said my punishment would be jail. Meanwhile I have been given a stay permit application receipt and told that they will let me know abt my punishment later.
Happened to someone before?
What is the detention procedure?
