Does administrative penalty affect me from getting work permit
I’m US citizen in china. My passport was detained for 2 months because I was illegally employed Nanning. And it was investigation with that company I got visa from. Company was fake. And than was issue a administrative penalty paid 20,000. I uploaded all my documents for the work permit with new employer shanghai and got a gap in my passport from 2/23/21-4/27/21 . No visa sticker. But I do have visa receipt. What can I do to solve this problem to finish my work permit new employer shanghai
