Unfortunately, your itinerary is not eligible for any kind of visa free transit scheme because you will have two consecutive stops within two different Chinese transit zones (Beijing and Shanghai). This is allowed only under 24 hour visa free transit scheme, but since your itinerary will take 5 days, you will have to obtain a Chinese tourist (L) visa in advance. Of course, you can rearrange your flights to be eligible for 144 hour visa free transit, but in that case, you are allowed to visit only one Chinese destination at the time.0
