Family of four uk citizens travelling from Sydney Australia to Beijing for 4 days

Kev, do you plan to make a transit through Beijing or Beijing is your destination after which you will return back to Australia. In other words, do you travel on a return ticket or you are proceeding to some other (third) country after Beijing? This is essential for a correct answer.
