About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

where can i go in China during 144 hours transit VISA?

I will arrive on 30 November in Shanghai from Amsterdam, then fly on 1st december to Qingdau, visit Weifang on 2nd december and fly to Zhengzhou on 3rd. december and leave China from Shanghai on 4th. of December to Vietnam. Can i do all on the transit Visa?

That does not qualify for 144 hours transit without visa because you are going to multiple regions of China. You must get a visa in advance of travel, or restrict your travel to Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang and forget about Shandong.
