About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

It's possible arrive at Shanghai Pudong and leave to Hangzhou airport with 144 hours visa?

Yes, it is. Both of the mentioned airports are within a single - Shanghai transit area, so you can use one for your arrival and another for your departure. Of course, Shanghai transit area is allowed to be your only stop within mainland China to remain eligible for 144 hour visa free transit, along with eligible itinerary.
