About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Which day is counted as day 1 for a 30day stay?

I entered China on the 5th of October and am planning to leave Chine on the 4th of November. This is a total of 31 days but apparently, my day of entry (5th of October) is not counted as day 1. Instead, day 1 is the 6th of October, is this true or not? Should I avoid taking the risk in any case and move my flight out of China to the 3rd of November?

It's true, day 1 should be the 6th of October, so it's fine for you to leave on November 4th, but you had better book an early flight on that day.
