About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Shanghai 144 hour visa free transit application possible?

I'm planning a trip from Italy to SH, stay 3 days in SH and then flight back to Europe in Slovenia.
Can I apply for 144 hour visa free transit of should I ask for a visa?
